Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To initiate a return, please contact us at aureumclub.online@gmail.com. We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions by e-mail. Please note that we have different return locations depending on your region, and the correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Returns sent back to us without first requesting authorization via e-mail will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right product is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item once your return is accepted. Occasionally, we may offer free size exchanges depending on stock and location. Please contact us by e-mail if you ordered the wrong size and we will check availability for an exchange.
For color, style, or different product exchanges, customers should follow the return process and place a new order.
Order Cancellation
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed. Our fulfillment process is automated, and orders are processed and forwarded for shipping within 12 hours. If you notice any issue with your shipping address, size, or item variant, please contact us immediately after placing the order. We may still be able to adjust your order details before fulfillment.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
